Cinema Before 1300 (2023)

An interesting mix of expert cross-pollination (a film director discussing how medieval religious architecture influenced his practice) and dubiously historical opinion (it's not clear how much of what he says is well-intentioned, artistically-interesting bullshit). Still, lots of great photos of stained-glass windows, and the observations about how they were made and depict the world are often as striking as the imagery.
