Future Cops (1993)

A collection of wacky bits haphazardly stitched together like a Frankensteinian film made of cartoon channel idents and variety show sketches. The middle really sags under the weight of its (often-mediocre) gags, but then the story actually kicks into gear and pulls it all together. This might be my most negative positive review.
