Jason X (2001)

The Demolition Man (1993) of slasher films, except it's actually funny. It's also really, really stupid, but what can you do? The quips are half the stupidity and they're stupidly fun, at least. It (mostly) avoids the pitfall mediocre in-your-face parodies often fall into where people gurn and smug for the camera so you're under no doubt the film's meant to be funny. Anyway a lotta the sets, props, and costumes are full of character, even if it just feels like the team were slapping together whatever they had to hand. Overall: brainless entertainment done dirt cheap reasonably well.
