Psycho Diver (1997)

A noir film about music industry skullduggery and psionic cultists. Unfortunately it spends too little time on the titular experience—going inside someone's mind to investigate and beat up their inner demons—and instead follows a by-the-numbers detective action story with an obnoxious lead who's framed as right in every situation. Might've been better if it had more runtime or budget so they could steep you in the atmosphere and get more freaky with the dream sequences, but as it is it's nothing special.
