This film dedicated to the brave fighters of the Mujahideen, but only when they're educated at the highest levels of British academia. Shallow but still kinda affecting sometimes, with some neat twists and turns and clever solutions. The villain's lair is actually fantastic: not a high-security exotic death-fortress, but the personal war museum of a fascist fanboy US military ex-pat dweeb. Maybe better than Goldeneye at exploring the future of espionage and military power post-Cold War, and the War hadn't even ended yet.
