The Red Eclipse! (2023)

This superhero/villain animation throwback has some fun expressive character designs and motions, great cartoon violence, and a standout musical number. The problem's the acting—about half the characters have very dry, flat voices. That fits for one of them (the overly-wordy pseudo-intellectual, Encyclopath), not so much for the other two, who're supposedly also supervillains with their own weird business going on.
